Meet Dr. Jared Schumacher
After completing his undergraduate degree at Fort Hays State University in Kansas, Dr. Schumacher decided to pursue a career in health care. Unsure of which path to take, he spent time shadowing professionals in various fields, including physical therapy, medicine, and veterinary care. In many settings, however, he noticed that patients often left with little improvement or even more discomfort than when they arrived.
Discovering the Benefits of Chiropractic
As an athlete, Dr. Schumacher personally experienced how chiropractic care could speed up recovery and get him back to performing at his best. This connection between healing and peak physical performance played a key role in solidifying his decision to pursue chiropractic as a career.
He also recognizes that, for many patients, he may be their only personal interaction during the week, making it important for them to share their experiences, challenges, or daily struggles with him. By fostering these connections, Dr. Schumacher can provide individualized, drug-free care that promotes overall well-being.
Proficient in chiropractic methods like Sacral Occipital Technique (SOT)®, Flexion Distraction, Activator®, and Gonstead, Dr. Schumacher is particularly passionate about helping athletes recover from sports injuries and return to their activities as soon as possible.EXPLORE OUR SERVICES
